Agnes McDaniel Ruth

Mrs. Agnes McDaniel Ruth, 88, died Saturday, September 1, 2012, at Winston County Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 7th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Marlon Adcock officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Porter Funeral Home. Mrs. Ruth was born March 29, 1924, in Attala County, MS. She was a homemaker and a member of End Time Sanctuary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lenora and Elbert McDaniel; a son, Lonnie Warren; and a brother, T. J. McDaniel. She is survived by a granddaughter, Lonnita (David) Camp of Sebastopol, MS; a foster daughter, Libby Jones of Philadelphia, MS; 2 great grandchildren; a brother, Charles McDaniel of Louisville; and three sisters, Eunice Chitry of Batesville, MS, Thelma Knighton of Columbus, MS, and Nora Green of Terry, MS.
