Armon Presley

Mr. Armon Presley, 75, died Monday, February 25, 2013, at his home in Louisville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 28th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Gerald Butler and Rev. Bobby Lowrey officiating. Interment will be in Hailey-Richey Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Porter Funeral Home. Mr. Presley was born November 16, 1937, in Macon, MS. He was a retired lumber grader for Shuqualak Lumber Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Ann Rosamond Presley; a daughter, Peggy Ann Presley; his parents, Eva and Leonard Presley; a sister, Ethel Busby; and a brother, Amos Presley. He is survived by a daughter, Susan Marie (David) Yates of Louisville; a son, Jimmy (Susan) Presley of Preston; and four grandchildren, Kayla, Kayden, Makenley, and Sydnee Yates.
