Ella Mae Shepperd

Ella Mae Shepperd, age 80, of Paducah, KY passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Shepperd was a native of Noxapater, MS. and a member of the Highland Baptist Church of Paducah. She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Shepperd (Kathy) of Smyrna,TN, Douglas Shepperd (Rhonda) of Smyrna, TN, Barry Shepperd (Kim) of Reidland, KY, ten grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Shepperd, five brothers and 2 sisters. Her parents were Otha Hartness and Effie Nation Hartness. Funeral Service in Paducah was held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the Keeling Family Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Beck officiating. Mrs. Shepperd was taken to Porter Funeral Home in Louisville, MS. where visitation will be held Thursday, the 18th, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and the following morning from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 19th at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Sunshine Memorial Gardens in Noxapater, MS.
