Mr. Joseph Dale Gentry, 56, died Thursday, March 16, 2017, in Meridian, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 15th, at Bevil Hill United Methodist Church, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Interment will be in Bevil Hill Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Dale was born January 31, 1961, to Earnestine and Willie Joe Gentry. He was a truck driver, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He is survived by a brother, Mark (Joye) Gentry of Louisville, MS, a sister, Robin Hinton of Guntown, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
