Arlene Watkins

Mrs. Arlene Watkins, 66, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022, at her home in Noxapater, MS. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 15th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Glynn Barker officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Arlene was born on August 20, 1956, in Winston County, MS, to Hubert and Inez Richardson Miles. She was a graduate of Nanih Waiya High School, and worked for many years in food service at Lakeside Personal Care Home in Noxapater, MS. She is survived by her husband, William Rudolph Watkins of Noxapater; a son, Alfred Miles of Noxapater, MS; a sister, May Dell Flake of Louisville; and two brothers, Vester Lee Miles and Artis Miles, both of Louisville, MS. Pallbearers will be Tommy Watkins, Randy Watkins, Michell Watkins, and John Boswell. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
