Betty Eaves

Mrs. Betty Manning Eaves, 66, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 1st, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Chris Vowell and Rev. Brian Madison officiating. Interment will be in Old Mars Hill Pentecostal Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.     Mrs. Eaves was born on July 4, 1951, in Winston County, MS. She was a homemaker, and a member of Mars Hill Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by two sons, Anthony Yates and Brent Eaves; and her parents, Ima Jean Thrasher Manning and Willie Clifton Manning.   She is survived by her husband, Walter Eaves of Louisville, MS; two sons, Wendell Eaves and Philip Eaves, both of Gautier, MS; and 9 grandchildren, Lesley Eaves, Cody Eaves, Zackery Eaves, Brock Eaves, Kenny Ray Williams, Nicole Williams, Merideth Delgado, Austin Yates, and Hannah Robinson. Pallbearers will be Damien Sciples, Shane Sciples, Brent Woods, Troy Burroughs, Marcus Delgado, and Hamzeh Khader.   Memorials may be made to the Old Mars Hill Cemetery Fund.
