Greg King

Mr. David Gregory “Greg” King, 47, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at his home in the Nanih Waiya community.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 23rd, at 5:00 P.M. at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Greg DePriest and Rev. Gary Morris officiating.  Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Porter  Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Vernon Assembly of God Cemetery. Greg was born January 27, 1971, in Louisville, MS.   He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction business.  He was a member of The Way church. He is survived by his wife, Missy Goldman King; his mother, Jamie Gregory King; his father, David King, all of Louisville; three sons, Jon Kerry King and Jarrett King, both of Madison, MS, and Isaiah Conner of Louisville; a daughter, Kinsley Conner of Louisville;  his sister, Sharla (Quinn Michael) Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Memorials may be made to the Nanih Waiya Booster Club.
