Herbert Conn

Mr. Herbert M. Conn, 82, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at his home in Macon, MS. Graveside services and interment will be held Sunday, January 12th at 2:00 P.M., at Yellow Creek Cemetery.  Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.   Herbert was born January 5, 1938, in Noxubee County, MS.   He was a machine operator for Georgia Pacific, and a member of Zion Chapel Church.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Freddie Conn, and one brother, Alton Conn.       He is survived by his wife, Ellen Black Conn of Macon, MS; two daughters, Sandra (Richard) Lee of Louisville, and Janette (Brian) Smith of Sturgis; one son, David (Stacy) Conn of Macon; one brother, Paul Conn of Louisville; and three grandchildren, Allison Lee, Alexander Lee, and Joshua Lee.   Pallbearers are Joshua Lee, Richard Lee, Jason Conn, J.C.
