Mr. James Otis Crocker, 80, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, December 21st, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at Porter Funeral Home, with a graveside service to follow at 10:30 A.M. at Butler Cemetery in Noxubee County, with Rev. Gary Phillips officiating.
James was born December 9, 1944, in Noxubee County, to Earnest and Minnie Laura Presley Crocker. He was a member of First Apostolic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and eight sisters and brothers.
He is survived by a sister, Evelyn Vickery of Walthall, MS, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorials in James’ memory may be made to First Apostolic Church.
