Nancy S. Shepherd

Mrs. Nancy S. Shepherd, 90, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville. Graveside services and interment will be held on Saturday, November 21st, at 1:30 P.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Nancy was born September 25, 1930, in Burnside, MS. She was retired as a drafter with the Mississippi State Highway Department. She was a member of First Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. W. “Bo” Shepherd; her parents, Ira Reginald and Bonnie Mae Slaughter; and a sister, Ruth Murphy. She is survived by a son, Bruce (Donna) Shepherd of Weatherford, TX; a daughter, Sharon Shepherd of Louisville; and two grandchildren, Hanna Paige Shepherd and Laura Katelyn Shepherd.
